Handmade Training started life back in 1997 initially delivering language and I.T. training to Deaf, Blind, DeafBlind and hard-of-hearing clients from across West and North-West London. Many of our learners told us horrific stories of how they had been badly treated by customer service representatives at various companies and local councils. It seemed that a lack of deaf awareness and knowledge of how to communicate effectively was the root cause.

Identifying this need, Handmade Training set about developing courses in delivering good customer service to the Deaf community. In time our services expanded to delivering Sign Language workshops to people of all ages, Deaf Awareness, DeafBlind and guiding training.

With countless years of offering such specific training, we are proud that we have developed a good reputation in delivering effective courses for all our clients at extremely affordable prices.
